Konfliktens forløp Konflikten i Darfur begynte i februar 2003 da opprørere fra JEM og SLM angrep regjeringsstyrker og -installasjoner. desember avviste den amerikanske kongressen Condoleezza Rices anmodning om å bevilge på nytt $50 millioner i bistand til den afrikanske union som menneskerettighetsgrupper sier hadde blitt fjernet fra budsjettet i november. Februar 2006 Den 3. desember for å protestere mot sjahen. desember fylte to millioner mennesker gatene i Teheran for å protestere mot sjahen. Hæren begynte å disintegrere da utskrevne soldater nektet å skyte på demonstranter og begynte å skifte side.

Mediators are invited to submit to the Committee inquiries regarding ethical issues arising out of the practice of mediation, which will provide advisory responses.
According to Section Chair John Bickerman:
There is no greater way for consumers to have confidence in the services that mediators provide them then to know that mediators are following the ethical duties of their profession. As the leader in policy and practice in the field of dispute resolution, the DR Section is pleased to be able to provide guidance to mediators, the parties and lawyers who use their services.

Crossing the line: When do we stop being bystanders?
When do we stop standing by?Having written about bystander nonintervention just last week, I have my own bystander experience to describe to you.
I was counting myself lucky to get a seat in the crush of the rush hour subway train out of Government Center. I was about to bury my head in a book when I saw her.
She swayed unsteadily on her feet, leaning hard against the door to the subway car. In swollen red hands, she clutched a bottle of Dr. Pepper and a plastic shopping bag. Her fingers fumbled clumsily at the handles of the plastic bag, try to shift its weight off her wrist. She tried to lift a stubbed-out cigarette butt to her lips, but there was something wrong with her aim–she kept missing her mouth until finally she gave up.

Stanley Cup Finals Game Two Snapshots
* For the blow-by-blow, check out the live blog I did with Tom Luongo tonight.
* Bryan Murray is being completely out coached. His top line has been shut down, and he doesn’t seem to have any answers. I’m watching the postgame presser now, and he doesn’t seem all that concerned. Perhaps that’s a key for him not to look too down when he walks back into that locker room.
* 21 turnovers for Ottawa, 11 from their top line. That’s not bleeding, that’s a gushing wound.

The two rising norwegian stars Mira Craig and Pia Tjelta are just becomming very popular in Norway. The Mira Craig is a musician/singer and Pia Tjelta is an actor. They are both very talented and will undoubtly do great in the future. Music and acting is an art form that are higly appreciated by the norwegian audience. Pia Tjelta is starring in a movie that will be released very soon and that movie will do great and get many people to the cinema to watch it. Mira Craig is releasing a new album very soon and the album will for sure make it to the top 10 list in Norway.
